Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, you may receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refundable due to staff scheduling and operational costs.
