Billing Policy – Vina Lashes Studio

At Vina Lashes Studio, we’re all about providing a smooth and stress-free experience — from booking your appointment to completing your payment. Here’s everything you need to know about how our billing works, so there are no surprises at checkout.
 

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Mobile Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Bank Transfers (if arranged ahead of time)

All payments must be made in full on the day of your appointment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
 

2. Deposits

Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Here’s how it works:

  • The deposit amount will be clearly shown when booking online.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment.

  • If you reschedule with enough notice, we’ll happily transfer your deposit to the new date.
     

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life can get busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for any future bookings.
     

4. Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us!

  • We do not offer refunds for services already performed.

  • If something isn’t right, please reach out within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Refunds for prepaid but unused appointments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
     

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers can be used toward any lash service but cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Only one promo or discount can be applied per appointment, unless specified otherwise.
     

6. Receipts

Need a receipt? No problem!
Just let us know if you’d like a printed or digital copy after your service.
